Delivery Information

Turnaround from order to despatch depends on the fabric chosen but essentially fabric popularity is the key - the more demand means higher stock levels translating into quicker expectation of delivery. Where we do not carry large stock levels then it is a matter of our waiting an extra couple of days for receipt of the roll stock from the respective suppliers, fortunately we only deal with British based companies so generally sourcing is fairly prompt. Each fabric has it's own delivery time expectation within the description so you will have an immediate idea of the length of time you should expect to wait. We CANNOT guarantee delivery times but wherever problems are foreseen or arise then we will always make sure that you are fully aware of them. We do literally manufacture the blinds by our own fair hands so please bear this in mind, the products are not off the shelf or ready made with some products being very labour intense, staff are skilled and need to be allowed time to carry out their craft. We do not allow queue jumping or offer 'express' turnaround as we feel that it is unfair on the next Customer in line.

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE TO UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES. THIS EXCLUDES SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, CHANNEL ISLANDS & IRELAND - area exclusion is purely due to the fact that although Royal Mail cover these areas they do not allow lengths over 0.60 metres which is okay for majority of parcels that you will receive on a daily basis but unfortunately does not lend itself to our trade. Alternative couriers that do offer carriage of length tend not to cover the said areas, or at least when they do then a volumetric restriction applies,  so we are limited in this way. It is nothing personal.

Please bear in mind that, whichever courier or delivery option we contract to conclude your order, you do need to be available to take receipt. Signature of receipt will be required and from experience we would highly recommend that Customers consider using a fixed place of work or a proven nominated address alternative where delivery can be taken. Usually all of our courier services will include a second chance of delivery, some with request options, but only two deliveries will be attempted and/or local collection in person will be required. We cannot be held responsible in situations where Customers do not avail themselves as part of the transaction complete.

Should delivery need to be rebooked or rescheduled then, as well as the necessary additional time lapse involved, we will insist on the new delivery charge being paid for before redespatch is organised.
